Becoming an artist
Alla Volkova is a Ukrainian comedian, resident of “Voyage Stand-up”. The rapid rise of the artist in the stand-up industry became one of the most striking examples of the new wave of modern culture.
Alla’s childhood and youth were spent in Chervonohrad in the Lviv region, now known as Sheptytskyi. From an early age, the girl was drawn to creativity, although the path to recognition was not easy. The dances, to which her mother gave her daughter, did not bring her joy or success for a long time. But perseverance paid off – in just a few years the girl was already being set as an example to others. The future comedy star spent her free time among the unfinished buildings of her hometown, observing people and life around her - these observations later became the basis of her author's style.
After school, Alla Volkova entered the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute at the Faculty of Law, but quickly realized that this profession did not meet her inner needs. The first year became a point of rethinking. Alla experienced certain personal upheavals, after which she left her studies and began to look for herself in other areas.
Before her debut on the stand-up stage, Alla worked in organizing holidays, gaining important experience in interacting with the audience. During this period of her life, she had to go through serious financial difficulties and even debts. But it was these difficult circumstances that tempered her character and formed the honest, sharp humor that fans later appreciated.
Creative path
Alla Volkova came to stand-up around 2021. And this step became fateful. Humor for the comedian turned into a way to express emotions and talk about internal tension.
Already at the start of her career, the artist worked with maximum dedication - she performed several times a day, actively built her own popularity and thought clearly as a producer of her own brand. A business approach to creativity, combined with a bright image, quickly brought results - Alla Volkova's solo concerts in 2024 gathered more than 100 thousand spectators, turning the artist into a real star of the genre.
